Class: RepetitionBlock

A wrapper block grouping one or more steps that are executed a number of times (Repeat action). The has_part slot contains the repeated steps in order.

Ordering convention:

_ - The step immediately preceding the block sets has_successor_step to point to BOTH_

_ the RepetitionBlock and the first inner step._

_ - The last inner step's has_successor_step points out of the block._

_ - repetition_count is the TOTAL number of executions (e.g. 4 if source data says_

_ "Repeat 3 additional times"). Document the convention per dataset._
